Marc was straight, always had been and always thought he would be, but when shown his true love in a magic mirror he was shocked to find out his true love was a man. Not only that, it was up to him to convince his true love they were meant to be together. All bad enough, but after finding Liam, the only way he’s able to persuade Liam to go out with him is to offer him sex – even though that was something Marc was definitely not ready for.
Liam thought Marc was crazy. Marc was straight and he was talking about true love and making a life together, but Liam didn’t believe in love and he certainly wasn’t going to fall in love with a crazy straight guy regardless of how sexy he was. But he hadn’t reckoned on Marc’s pushy attitude or his offer of sex which, no matter how much he knew he should, Liam couldn’t turn down.
Choices is due out on 3rd Jan 2012 and is being published by Loose-Id. The cover is accredited to April Martinez.
Just got it. Won't spoil it for anyone but per the epilogue, there is already a frustration in having to wait for the installment in this series for a certain someone's story. BTW - I must say the pics to my left are kinda nice :):):):):)ReplyDelete
I agree with the pics :). With Simon's story - I think I can mention him by name - he is going to get one, but sorry, not yet. The second in the series is call "The Kiss". We see Simon again, but it's just another tease.
great book, I wish I could just skip simons story, can't wait for the 2nd book
Hi Bmw1200gs. The second one is about halfway written, but hopefully should be out soon.Delete
I just finished this book and I really enjoyed it, even though I did think Marc was very pushy! I am looking forward to the next one;hurry please!ReplyDelete
I think Marc needed to be pushy otherwise Liam would never have fallen in love with him. Liam needed to be pushed!
The second in the series 'The Kiss' is about halfway through, actually here's a little excerpt:
Simon stared into the mirror, the dark surface, to him, reflected nothing. ‘What’s it like?’ he asked, suddenly wondering, not for the first time, why he hadn’t been shown his true love.
‘Imagine knowing with absolute certainty that your life is going to be full and rich and with purpose. Imagine knowing that everything you do and say will be cherished and respected. Imagine then that you are going to be able to spend that life with someone you love unconditionally. Now multiply that feeling by ten. That’s what if feels like.’
The man turned back to him and smiled. ‘Yes. It is.’
